CR-10_extruder_cover_with CR-10s filament_sensor

After I added https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2644537 this cover would not fit anymore so I cut a corner and now it does.

v1 should allow for filament change without the need to take the cover off, also i removed the cable bracket.
