Tronxy X3 Z Carriage Upgrade

After owning several Tronxy X3 printers and teaching a 3D printing class using this printer we found that the Y axis and Z axis needed improvement. The Y axis can be improved using several upgrades on Thingiverse but not many were available for the Z axis.
