Monoprice 5-Port Switch Rackmount Enclosure

I can't stand a messy rack. So I made a way to mount the monoprice (item# 15760) 5 port switch in a rack.

Tolerances are pretty tight on this item, unless your printer is really dialed in, I'd print a few layers of the side with the mounting holes and do a test fit on your hub. Also, insertion into the holder is pretty much a one-way operation, you may break your print if you want to take the switch out.
