Bed levelling nuts for Anet A8

Update. I just realized the nuts were zero tolerance to my frame. And the bushings on top of M3 nuts add about 1/4" to the height of the bed. One visit to the drawing board and I reduced the diameter of the nuts and added tolerance to the inside of the upper bushing to completely absorb the M3 nut.

This is a remix to the Bed Level Upgrade by Malcy. I found the original didn't fit the butterfly nuts that came with my Anet – they are fatter where the nut meets the wings. The mod is a 2mm radius
