Swivel base for the Mega Anti-Tangle Spool Holder w/ Screw holes

This is a remix of the Mega-Anti-Tangle Spool Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2479238) swivel base. Not sure why the base lets you swivel except for the design of the spool holder seems inclined that way. But I wanted to hold it down better than the double sided tape suggestion in the original. So I added screw holes and cut the material down to make it print faster / use less plastic.

Works great. Spool holder is not going anywhere now.
