TronXY Cable Chain with Integrated Z stabilizer

This is a remix of both the Easy Print Cable Chain, and also the Z-Axis stabilizer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481705), I modified both designs to work well for my machine. In combination it helps reduce Z-wobble and also maintains a good horizontal distance for the cable chain.
