HTD 3M 48T longboard pulley

this is my HTD 3M 48T pulley.

designed this because there were only 5M pulleys availaible.

and it uses this pulley base and retainer: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2327563
the gear is actually remixed in tinkercad using the gear from the pulley base and retainer, which is designed beautifully by https://www.thingiverse.com/mmaner/about.
