Remix of Nixie Tube Firmware

This software change has been superseeded by the original ESP Nixie Clock. He has added the 0 and 24 hour options. Also added a few other options I didn't think of.

I have already created 2 of the clocks but I have slightly modified the firmware in an easy bin to be able to flash it.
This changes 2 things from the original
It displays a 0 on the first digit even if its early in the morning haha mainly for my OCD. :P I like even numbers
and 2 I changed it to 24h time so its from 0000 to 2
