MPSM Z axis adjustible height x axis clamp

This is meant to be used with the Z Axis Extension with Adjustable Z Stop by xC0000005 that this was remixed from.

I broke my z stop when installing the 45mm z expansion, this is to replace the screw holder for the adjustable z height and clamps directly to the lowest x axis rail instead of screwing into where the gantry cover used to be. The previous screw holder hit the z axis linear rail stabilizers on the bottom and therefore lost a few mm of height, this eliminates that problem.
