Kossel Clear magball to Rostock Max V2/V3 Effector

Effector mount that allows you to run any Rostock Max V2/V3 hotend and corresponding mounting solution including the E3D V6 and clones, or the HE280. I measured the mounting holes in the stock effector on the Kossel Clear magball effector and my roxmax V3 and came up with this. The end effect was that I was able to top-mount a volcano on an old unused printer and got it going again.
