Teal Drone Bog Roll Cover

This design is made for the Teal Drone challenge. It is basically a toilet paper dispenser (or any kind of tape that fits).
It includes two harms holding a shaft. Thanks to this shaft the toilet paper can easily roll. The toilet paper sheets are guided by a spoiler to prevent sheets entering in rotors. The shaft is made with two cylinders an a spring to easily replace toilet paper roll.
