Short 40mm Fan Trumpet

Narrowed down the original so it doesn't bump up against the printer frame, also changed the plugs around to mount on the cooling block fan of a Wanhao i3

A dab of glue may be needed to get a solid removable fit depending on printer settings.

Really quietened down the fan!
