26650 Battery Holder

4x4 26650 connectable battery holder. I generally use PLA+ and it provides enough strength to connect 4-6 holders together. You may then wire your batteries into whatever combination of s and p you need. You may also wire then as 1sXp to create singular blocks which you can then combine the blocks into as many s as you need.

The slots are such that you can expand in two dimensions rather than just one.

I generally do not print with a brim as it makes trouble with the connector slots. But lack of a brim can cause issues with bed adhesion when printing several at a time.

I have used 16650 cell fuses from batteryhookup and a nickel mesh from aliexpress for the negative side. Malelectrics spot welder works well.
