Water Bottle Opener 38 Notches

This is an alternative version of my Water Bottle Opener NBF https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1474386 for the standard "Normbrunnen"-bottle caps.
This new version has 38 notches and fits for another type of aluminium cap which is also used on some "Normbrunnenflasche" bottles and has a thickening at its lower end. These caps are also used on other glass-bottles.
