Orballo (p3steel) Y-axis Belt Tensioner (Remake)

Y-axis Belt Tensioner for the Orballo p3steel frame. I found the normal parts didn't fit, as the holes were too far apart in previous part, so I re-designed the model. Hope it helps someone!
