E3D BLV X carriage V1

Added 2 nut holes to tighten better the E3D (original), narroed slightly the holes for the belt screw and widen slightly the holes for the screw clamp. Nothing more but it makes the job easier. Once again ,thank you Ben, for the beautifull job!!!!!
