Kirby Pen Holder AIO

I really liked alzrac's Kirby pen holder, but I didn't like having it print it in two parts, nor the seam it made on the result. I clumsily merged the top and bottom half, removed some internal geometry that that slicers can create infill, and removed the front pen holder. (Kirby's mouth is enough for me!)
