As I was not able to find a commercially available reflector for my Bridglux Vero29 SE COBs, I designed one by myself. It gets mounted on 160 mm predrilled pin heat sinks. The reflector fits pretty thight on the COB, so you might want to print it at 101% size.
I have printed the reflector in PLA and so far no problems with overheating/melting near the COBs. My Veros run with 80W each (passive!) and the temperature of the heat sinks is around 50 °C.
