Clip-On Base & HeatSink Cutouts

I wanted the clip-on camera mount from sb43201, but needed the spacing from the clip-on to be 3mm which is the size of the arms from the pi camera v2 by luc358.

Also, you'll find a new camera back that has 20mm diameter cutouts so that you can attach heatsinks (I used 14mm x 14mm ones off of Amazon) to help dissipate some of the heat those lights generate.
