Parametric Plant Holder - Circular

This is a parametric Fusion 360 model which can be used to create custom-sized brackets for holding circular pots and attach to the edge of a board or other material. Generally, only the `PotDiameter` and `BoardThickness` parameters will need to be adjusted, though several other attributes of the model have been parametrized as well.
