Max Micron i3 2020 tall board mount

This is a raised mount for the Max Micron 2020 board to lift it up higher on the frame. I was bothered by the wires coming off the bottom of the board and being bent/stressed immediately after leaving the connector and hitting on the table. Think this give them a little more room and less stress making for a longer lasting and safer printer.

will likely work with other boards on a 2020 frame where the lower bed structure is mounted to the inside of the tower structure.
