Cover for iCMP Ingenico POS credit card bluetooth device

My old model of POS device broke somehow, doubt it was due to the crack it had in the case but when I shipped it back I feared they would charge me for the damage. So I took a cover somewhere on here (been at least a year, can't remember which one to credit the author) and hack together some modifications so I could stick my Ingenico device in there, and used it for the new device they shipped back. I wasn't charged for the damage, and even if the new device was in the cover since day 1, it got
