12 sided tower - brick walls and taller

I _loved_ the modular 12 sided tower by brimstone326, but it was too short to use some of my accessories (like book cases) and was lacking some internal detail I wanted to see. This is my attempt to address those issues. I did multiple things:

- Added height to the tower so it will accept decor
- Used the "c
