LEDs test WS2812b

I'm working on a project with a lot of WS2812B LED's. I designed this rig to help test them in an efficient manner. I used an Arduino Pro Mini to switch between red, green, and blue to ensure each diode works before I install it. If the wires are run through the cap and spaced correctly, you should just have to lay the LED on top to test it.
