Monoprice Select Mini E3D V6 heat sink adaptor

This is a bracket for holding the Bowden stype E3D V6 heat sink/hot end on the Monoprice Select Mini. It is sized so that it will be at the same level as the original that came with it so no adjustment to the z axis limit switch is necessary.

I used 2.5mm melt in threaded inserts, available from McMaster Carr:
