I bought one of these LCR-T4 meters recently they are really handy, the only draw back it has is it is rigged for a 9v battery, which never last as long and never cost the same as cheap AA batteries and 2 none of the designs i seen had a good way to hold it whikle you test something , i am often in the feild as much as the shop and so every thing needs a handle.

so in the effort of killing two birds with one stone i put a handle in it and loaded it up with AA batteries , this design is also
