Scaling and Horizontal Compensation Calibration

Recently, I had designed some parts that used some large printed threads. Despite having added clearance between the internal and external threads, I couldn't screw them together, even after considerable sanding. I discovered LuckyPant's Dimensional Calibrationa Tool https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1982686 which offered insight into radial compensation.
His design is great, but I wasn't able to use it due to limitations of my printer, calipers and a desire to have a model that prints quickly
