GT2 Belt tensioner- heavy duty- CTC and makerbot

This should be printed without supports in 1mm

All credit to stratop80 for his design which I copied.
This just a beedfed up version because I noticed the tensioner was deforming over time and adding some spring to the belt. This version is much more solid but a bit harder to put on.
