Santa Nutcracker with mounting groove

My family is obsessed with nutcrackers. Each Christmas our house is decorated with over thirty of them.
This guy was designed to be attached to an elderly family members walker. That is the reason for the groove and channels for zip ties.
I had originally designed it as one piece, but I realized that I could save on support materials by breaking off the arms and legs and using pins and super glue to re-attach them.
