80x10mm Coupon Holder for Wear Testing

This thing is a holder for an 80x10mm coupon of oak used as a glide on aluminum extrusion for wear testing. The oak block was greased with Valvoline Synpower full synthetic grease every 200,000 reps and survived 1.5 million reps of 100mm forward and 100mm backward (like printing 72 rolls of filament). It was loaded with 4lbs of weight. There are also hinge plates for the aluminum extrusion arm that pushed the oak block.
