Wall Mounted TV component and cable management

Full-motion TV Wall Mounting of large Flat Screen TV presents issues when accessories are also expected to be mounted to the back of the TV. In my case these add on elements were initially attached with adhesive Velcro fastener tapes that after a few months began to fail. In addition the wires were fastened using ratchet ties that in the end were difficult to adjust.
