D-Bot Extruder Cable Chain

This is a customized open cable chain based on Claghorn's design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:611593

Increased cable chain size 20% to allow more wires to fit inside. I run a Titan Aero and have a CiiCooler and BLTouch on my extruder assembly. With all these wires, a typic 20mm cable chain is very tight.

I also didn't like having to remove my connections on the end of wires in order to fish them through the cable chain.
