Mk2 to Mk3 Nozzle Fan Adapter

This is a merge between the Mk3 cover and the Mk2 cover. I don't have an enclosure to print ABS so its WiP until someone confirms. If this works for you maybe you can mail me one ;).

The Mk3 Prusa fan duct is attached but unmodified. I shared the license as GPL2, the same as Prusa.

You will need some longer screws to hold the cover on. The top fan hole now uses a square nut too so check your spares bag. Sorry its so thick, the Mk3 design has changed a lot.
