So basically this is an adapter that you can put at the top of a standard 3.5'' diameter flagpole. What this adapter allows you to do is change your flagpole into a Christmas decoration by providing you the grooves at the top of your flagpole to string lights across the top. In the event you don't have a flagpole this concept will work for any 3.5'' diameter pipe that is secures to the ground.
