Jam glass thread / sprouting can lid / stand

I wanted to make caps for growing sprouts, but the things I found here didn't fit my German (European?) jam glasses, so I did my own thing.
The three number sets on top of the SCAD file fit on three different glass sizes I own, so I assume they're very common.
You can easily modify the size of the holes in the lid.
You can print the cap in one piece but I found it easier to have a separate threaded part and the sieve.
When printed in ABS you can clean them in the dishwasher.
