Jtagulator bottom, bushings and button

Due to cracking risk of ceramic capacitors I made space for the thru hole mounted parts.

Made from the dxf files found on http://www.grandideastudio.com/jtagulator/

I simply made some indents where the parts is mounted to reduce the flex in the board when connecting to the header pins.
