Duplo to Brio/IKEA wooden train lifted spans

I remixed a few different parts to make them work better together. Gigmade's customizer was not working.

I adjusted the heights of the parts so they align better and resized the female connector to fit with IKEA's Lillabo parts.

-Edit- I changed the design a bit to make the overhangs less substantial and to also decrease the sharp points. See V2 parts.
