Mendel90 Sturdy E3D Titan/V6 hotend extruder mount

I re-did the bracket from chrisqwerty's Mendel90 bracket to make it compatible with the mendel90 sturdy printer I have (uses LM10UU linear bearings and the rod spacing is different), so the original bracket didn't fit.

Also included the hacked-up openscad code from nophead's original.
