Wrapping paper holder and dispenser

A holder and dispenser for wrapping paper. It's based heavily on RSojak's 'Wrapping Paper Holder/Dispenser' [(thing:1984487)](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1984487).

Handles rolls up to 38mm in diameter. Just print and slot together. It should be a tight fit, but if not use a little superglue.

Print in just about any rigid material, I used 10% infill but you could probably get away with less.
