Nema 42mm Servo plate

I was designing servo mounts for a new printer and had issues finding an accurate mounting for a standard 42mm servo. This one has a 23mm center hole for a little bit of clearance on the 22mm center boss, but has same outer dimensions and bolt circle as the servo. I also added one with a 22mm center hole, it should fit fine but might be a bit snug on the center boss.
