Hifiman Ear Pad Mounting Adapter

This will replace the annoying three-piece ear pad mounting mechanism on Hifiman headphones with a single part, no longer requiring the mounting rings.

Included are versions with two different sizes; the smaller one will accommodate ear pads with smaller mounting lips.
