**UPDATE Aug, 12th, 2018/final note:**
We've had some really hot days and nights during the last couple of weeks and all LEDs are still in place. The design works as intended - objective achieved, project done.
**UPDATE Jun, 25th, 2018:**
The LEDs are still in place, nothing's moved at all - I'd call it a success. :)
