Shelf guides for IKEA cupboards

The plastic guides for the drawers to our IKEA furniture were broken and seemed quite tricky to get replacement to otherwise very nice bedside tables. Thus I made one myself from the bits and pieces left. They 280 mm long and 16 mm wide.
