Shopping Cart Trolly Lock Key for RT-Mart in Taiwan

The key for shopping cart trolly in RT-Mart in Taiwan. However this isn't a really hacking. You can take out your money, but the key will be hold in the lock. Removing the hole in the center of the key doesn't work. I'm still figuring how to hack it correctly and need some comments.
