MySensors GW inserts for nRF24L01+PA+LNA

This is an addition to the MySensors serial gateway case by Luc3as.

I noticed the nrf24l01+pa+lna didn't fit the box in its original location but by cutting way some vent-slots it could fit in another location. I made a insert to better hold it in place and attached with hotglue.

I also printed a insert for the button so that I could use a common tactile button I already had on hand and used superglue to attach it (just be careful not to glue the actual button...)
