Screwless LCD Box for Kossel 2020

I remixed this LCD box because I liked the form factor but I did not have/want M4 screws for it. I also wanted it to be extra easy to print, so I reduced print footprint, material, and need for supports.

Instead of screws, built-in clips are used to hold the circuit board in and hold the LCD box on 2020 extrusions. It was pretty quick to make these changes in OpenSCAD. Partly because the original had nice discrete dimensions, thank you ruilin!
