The ultimate[r] spool holder with filament guide

This is a remix of The Ultimate[r] Spool Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2251103) that adds a filament guide. I used the spool holder with a separate guide, but the filament just keeps wrenching the clip-on guides off the shelf, and the guide attached to the printer does not leave enough space for the filament to bend when the extruder is up high. Here the guide is integrated with the holder.
For one set of holders, you need 3 parts of the regular holder and one holder with guide part
