My mashup of spongybob1958's TUSH holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2521463) and tetious' top mount for 2040 aluminium extrusions (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2463824).
I added holes through the 608 bearings to hold the entire thing together, you will need 2x M3 nuts, washers and bolts.
To install, angle it 45 degrees so that one arm is in place, then push the other side down - it will clip onto the aluminium extrusion. DON'T FORCE IT STRAIGHT DOWNWARDS.
