My guide sleeve wouldn't fit inside my first DLP print. (it did fit into an FDM print with a 101% scale) What I didn't know is that you need to offset your custom sleeve sizes in Blue Sky Plan. I needed a way to find the precise sleeve offset for my surgical guides. I could design and print several different guides, but I decided to design a "pseudo guide" with seven sample holes in it.
