Snow plow - 3 part print

Based on the very nice snow plow ice scraper design by RICSWIKA, this is basically a 3 piece remix. It's now possible to print the scraper even on the smaller printers like the M3D Micro printer or PrimaCreator.
Just screw the 3 pieces together.
